The Marg Csapo Scholarship was created in tribute to a founding member, mentor, and leader in the International Association of Special Education (IASE).  The scholarship is awarded during each biennial conference year. Previous scholarship recipients have received financial support to assist in conference registration and lodging costs.

The proceeds from the silent and live auction conducted at the conference gala support this worthy effort.  Contributions may be made at any time.  Please send in a donation so that we can support a large number of our colleagues at the Alicante, Spain, Conference in July of 2009.  Checks should be made out to IASE/Scholarship Fund and sent to: Laura M. Frey, Central Michigan University, Department of Counseling and Special Education, 355 EHS Buidling, Mount Pleasant, MI 48859 USA.

Here is the two-page scholarship application form and criteria.  The completed and signed form must be received by January 1, 2009.  The scholarship covers the Conference  Registration Fee and room for up to five (5) nights, but does not include travel costs or any other expense.
